Re: Scanner compatability

Thanks for the update, I had not seen that before, hence it is not a Roland product, but a Techsoft one.
Techsoft would be best to contact for one of those.

Re: Roland Camm-1 PRO GX500 Does not work with USB

Make sure you install the correct Roland drivers for your PC http://download.rolanddg.jp/en/download.html , then choose cutting and your CAMM-1. Then you can check in "Printers & Devices" control panel.

Re: Feeds Speeds and DOC for Polycarbonate and PMMA

For all users, you can launch SRP Player and look at the listed materials.
They show the federates, spindle speeds, depth of cut etc for the material and the selected cutter.
These are what work in SRP Player, so should be a good guide to start with.

Hello.

This type of request needs to be registered with your local Roland DG Support.
If you are in the UK, here is our page.

Hope this helps.

Re: High quality photographic printing on medals.

Hi Matt
Nice to hear from you.
This sounds like an application for our VersaUV machines.
Did you get someone to do them.

Re: TS-400 Z axis plunge

Sorry, but you must have not set your Z Zero on the machine to the top of the work, else you have set the incorrect Z values in VCarve. If you manually move the tool to the top of the work is the axis showing 0 On VCarve you just need to set the Depths. Normally Start depth is 0.00 and Cutdepth is t...

Re: MDX 540A not connecting to pc

Gerald, Windows can be a a mystery to us all sometimes.
When Kai and the team connect and see what is happening, it is much easier.
At least you are working again.:)
