Re: BN-20 Sticker Sign Material UK?

Indeed I should but I can't, I've printed meters of heat transfer but that naturally lays flat. Hence me asking what material are people using as these two I have simply don't work. Yes course on the edge, media hanging down with weight on it... you can see how its naturally bowing up from being on ...

Re: BN20 inks fine one day but gone the next

Hey Jess, I bought mine used and the same amount of time owning, also including bad blacks from head stikes that you wont be able to get back. Are you leaving the printer switched on? Manual cleaning with the correct cleaning fluid? What inks are you using, shaking them as instructed? When I got min...

Re: BN-20 Sticker Sign Material UK?

Hey Kai, the media has to be very much out of the machine, to add a little weight but mainly to be able to pull on it. Even after printing say 30 cm of stickers you'd still have to pull on it. Another trick is to clamp heavier pliers to the leading edge and even tape a bottle of salad cream to the p...

BN-20 Sticker Sign Material UK?

Any garment material I've used I've never had any issues with it laying flat and printing well. Sticker material though is a complete nightmare. I have just finishe...

Re: New BN20 User

Hey, yes I did that, they rang me back and advised it was because there were no inks installed. Get current inks and then you could upgrade firmware and move onto eco3 next time. Well I got the inks and installed, but it still wont let me upgrade the firmware like before the error is like the printe...

Re: New BN20 User

Well that's where I got all the software from oringinally. I rolled back my pc to install it all again. Still doing the same thing. I'm on windows 10 64bit to add. So could it just have problems as it was setup before and then the inks removed, powered off. If I put some cartridges in, it sorts itse...

Re: New BN20 User

Hey, yes origina cable and no hubs. Drivers installed. Utility panel up and states there's no cartridges installed so it must be getting information from the device. I saw it printing only yestersay. Just when I click to update firmware with main power switch on and secondary off the little Roland F...

Re: New BN20 User

The utilties options are showing now, highlighted and clickable. It would seem if it's auto turned on to secondary they don't show, if you turn it on yourself they do. Only error I'm getting is when in the Roland Support app, it shows there's the firmware update available. With the printer power on ...
