Thanks for quick reply. I think I will go with laminate manually. Trying to stay away from holding too much chemical in the building.

I current run a BN-20 with Corel Draw x7/ Adobe Illustrator and VersaWork. I do both CutContour and Perf. If you create a new spot colour and label it PerfCutContour, you should have no problem with that. On VersaWork you need set a pressure cut to .02 or .03 so the printer run smooth without jam. I...

The reason for jam could be the cutting pressure. If you are using VersaWork, check the pressure there. I think .02 or .03 will be better pressure.
