I did a black head replacement (done one/two before) anyway, I go new captop and dampers too but ended up trying of captop and then reverts back to new one. No matter what I try the black ink doesn't want to stay in the dampers! Grrrr anything thoughts why I'm Loosing the pressure that keep the ink ...

Can you die cut on a vp540? Or is it only kiss cutting? Didn't think you could cut through backing on vinyl unless on a flatbed cutter like a zund

To resolve the quality of the blotchy print shown in the last post, it seems scan full media width on the printers settings needed to be selection for vinyl to take the ink at the rate it was being put down. Posting my test prints would have just indicates I need a new black and maybe yellow head bu...

Kai putting full media scan on made a huge difference! Even keeping default print head speed on.

Ok so I got out some tshirt vinyl have printed the same long and I was amazed at the results. In comparison it's flawless. Obviously I selected "garment heat transfer" profile. But can't see how when I'm supposed to have the correct profile for the LG AIR REALESE media it's still looking really bad

tried a new profile ("semi-gloss") today and looks much nicer than before but still not right would this give any further indication where my issue lies?


The pinky parts are really nice in comparison to the dark stem

I'm not even getting the processing now message on the printer. But the versaworks is able to read ink levels etc
