Re: MDX40- Microfluidics

Regarding your project and the need to eliminate leaks -- you may need to mill the flat surfaces of the plastic pieces to create a truly flat plane where they join together. When you clamp the two pieces together, you will want them to match face to face. When working to get a uniform thickness on a...

Re: MDX40- Microfluidics

You should be able to find the cutters with a 3mm or 6mm shaft.

If you can not find the cutters in the UK, here is a great supplier in the UNited States. Their products are excellent.

Re: Mdx-40 (with zcl-40) Y sensor Help!

I have missplaced my detection pin. Can someone tell me what are the diameter and length of the pin?

Thanks,

Bob

Followed the upgrade instructions, installed the new firmware and everything works beautifully! Terrif...

Re: Problem of size on mdx 40

The design piece is around 2.5 times the size of the actual milled piece. Maybe it has to do with the unit settings. I see that the computer screen shows 10 millimeters for the dimension. Could it be that the dimension unit in the software export is set to inches and the dimension unit in VPanel's i...

MDX-40 Upgrade Question

I have obtained a MDX-40A mill manufactured in mid-2010. The computer was no good so I am setting up a computer using the Roland Install disk.
