Re: Destructible or void material for solvent print

Oh well fair try the material is for thermal printing really your idea of a printable clear on top will work. But will reduce the distructable natutre of the film. Well worth a try. Think it has to be fitted for quite a while before the glue bonds properly.

Re: Help! Media Shrunk in outdoor, suggest suitable medias

Read the spec sheet
Monomeric
1 year max un printed outdoor
Max temp range 5 to 38 deg then only for short periods
My guess is the laminate is less suited aswell

So what is the surface . temp range and life expectancy required

Re: Best media and procedure for working with small stencils

This sort of thing is down to the individual skill level you can do but try and practice. One other thing is you need to use the spray what ever it may be square on as with the small graphics the thickness of the material will mask one edge slightly Gold leaf can work well like this All it needs is ...

Re: Best media and procedure for working with small stencils

Sandblast vinyl for heavy duty. Frisk film for air brush. But standard vinyl will do quite a good job at both. Tend to use mat vinyl as the glue is normally a removable type. Cut the graphics don't weed apply application tape fit then weed as required. For multiple pass work cut several so you can r...

Re: Layering over Printed Textile Vinyl?

We have done this several times but found the first layer often shrinks.. so now don't cut the over layers till been measured.. If any dye sub inks involved or pre printed shirt then you need a sub block type of vinyl
