Yes you can. There's a function for that in VersaWorks: spot color PerfCutContour. You'll need to adjust the blade extension and pressure to only penetrate the media as much as needed, no more. I had a customer use Jetbest religiously, willing to replace print heads twice a year until he had enough. Switched to original and have had zero issues since.

I can not guarantee anything as it's just the first step to do. You may need to soak the heads next.

Both, wiper and captop lifetime are 6 months and cannot be stretched on a UV printer. The printer will notify you of the mist filter replacement time. You need to select VersaFile port and point it to C:\Program Files(x86)\Roland VersaWorks\VersaWorks\Printers\BN-20\Input-A.

Adjust the default queue parameters by double clicking on the yellow folder top left of the screen.

Glad you solved it. BIOS configuration is the way to go in case of switching physical addresses, anything above that is software configurable in Windows.
