Re: Primer for uv printer

That's pressure-laminated MDF. Nothing will stick to it.

Re: Cutting Passes

Always make the designs in a correct way from scratch: all cut lines should be hairline strokes.

Re: ROLAND VP AND SP CLEANING

Yup. Looks like lithium grease for the linear bearing.

Re: ROLAND VP AND SP CLEANING

If it's clear/semi-translucent it's very likely for the linear carriage bearing. Don't put this on plastic gears. The grease for those is opaque white.

Re: Cutting Passes

Are you, by any chance, creating the cutline as a compound path?

It needs to be a hairline-stroke.

Re: Cut alignment out.

Well, it always has. Perhaps a drop of WD-40 overnight will help. Just put a sheet of paper under it so it doesn't spread.

Also, keep a sheet of paper under the pinch roller when replacing so washers don't fall in the machine body.

Re: Cut alignment out.

Just the rollers, not frames. The pins are loose. Give it a nudge.

Re: Cut alignment out.

Always replace pinch rollers in pairs. It's a cheap part and you can rule out this issue for the next few years.
Do you usually leave your media loaded for the night? If so, this wears out pinch rollers prematurely.
