Re: Cut going out of alignment in versawork

Which machine? It's pretty much the same on all Rolands: MENU > CUTTING MENU > PRINT&CUT ALIGNMENT

Re: Best ways to dry material when it is printing?

Go buy a terrace heater bar (or two) from your closest hardware store, mount it knee height on a simple stand, be it a transport pallet, a chair (or anything safe really). Plug it in, put it in front of the printer, to a safe distance and you're good.

There has to be a better way of servicing your clients surely?
It's not as much Roland's business as it is the dealer's. We provide full training with every purchase plus unlimited 24/7 remote support.

Re: 20-30" Eco-Solvent Printer

VersaWorks includes most of the profile creation tools except ICC calculation. You'll need your device application (a la ProfileMaker) for that.

Re: 20-30" Eco-Solvent Printer

SG-300 print quality is superior to SP-300i, don't worry about it. It's also faster. There are the standard print heater and dryer, you can add extra dryers if needed but I doubt it.

You can control head carriage speed if needed. Just enter the required speed in the RIP and you're good to go.

Adds blank space around the image to prevent something to be left out in rendering.

Make sure to add "EPS margin" in VersaWorks default queue settings.
