Well that was a day wasted,never net such a bonhead in all my life,
wanted the printer,came in a van full of muscial instruments with no room for the printer
he wanted to balance the printer on top of the wheel arches and secure with 3 elastic bungie straps.

Hi Kai Thanks for your reply. I have tried the blade and holder from my vp300 today and had no luck at all. Even at 250 force it would not cut through the material,the material is not very thick at all. i never altered the nosecone because it cuts fine on the versacam,and i dont want to lose the set...

Hi Thanks for reply. Blade holder is fine and knife moves about easily. All glue removed when appyining new strip. Media i will check today. Cutting speed is on 20 i will lower it further and try today. Cutting force is 150 just marking the backing paper. Grit roller is clean,offset is as recomended...

Hi i have had the above cutter for 3 years now and never had any problems. Now we have started to dabble in rhinestones,and its all gone wrong.
