Ha Ha Sawdust! Hand job is off now! Instead I have found a solution see this link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v8Cf9rGlP1M and it worked, hurray! The profile I used was vinyl 1, head height on high and a force of 200. The blade is blunt now but got the job done and the print was ok, not great but ...

Thanks everyone, it has taken 2 of us 3 days (1 who knows what he is doing and 1 who doesn't (thats me!)). Thanks for the suggestion Dennis, I will look into entering it.

Onto another challenge now; print, laminate and contour cut 5.5 metres long for a vehicle job on ri-jet 50 vinyl (not cheap) with vehicle wrap laminate (also not cheap) Scary ...
