Re: Full Colour Wall Stickers Lifting

Hi Rachael,

Are you using the correct profile for the Ritrama material ?

If not it could be that you are adding too much ink on the media and it isn't curing correctly.

When you leave the print to cure, is the print stood vertically in a roll or hanging ?

The blade type really depends on the material type, the standard vinyl blade ZEC-U1005 is a 50 degree blade.

In that queue have you got the checkbox checked for process cutting paths?

Re: VS640i media shifts

Slow down the upspeed, this will allow the tracking to be more precise. The accuracy over 3-4 metres is improved by slowing the speed of cutting as well. You say you have check the rollers, but check to see if the media pulls forward by hand when it is loaded. Also try a different media, in case the...

Re: Canvas Prints

Check the profile website to see if there is a profile for your material type, if not you should have a generic profile TTRH which would be suitable for use on your machine. The dryer should be on 45-50, the heater should be about 35-40. This may change if there are any specific settings for your me...
