The boards are no longer available, they stopped several years back, but you may be able to get a spares or repair machine which may still have a working board.

If you have no connection, it sounds like the mainboard, get an electrical engineer to look at the board in case of damage.

Re: BN 20 now dead

It sounds more electrical or a pump issue, than just dry up as no nozzles are firing at all.

You could perform a head wash, then you would see if the waste tank volume increases, this would also then be ready for sale should you wish to do that.

Re: Versa Camm not printing colour...

The machine may not be capping correctly or the pump may have gone. It is likely that you would need an engineer visit to replace the parts.

Both setups look correct for the output.

What does the queue show.

Also which version of the software are you running?

Re: How to remove top surface from cutting when using Modela Player 4 on MDX 40

It is probably easier to use Dr. Engrave to mill the surface away as the fill function is easier to use.

Re: Full Colour Wall Stickers Lifting

Hi Rachael,

Are you using the correct profile for the Ritrama material ?

If not it could be that you are adding too much ink on the media and it isn't curing correctly.

When you leave the print to cure, is the print stood vertically in a roll or hanging ?

Re: Best blades for cutting vinyl / digital media 30/45/60

The blade type really depends on the material type, the standard vinyl blade ZEC-U1005 is a 50 degree blade.
