Re: Motocross Print & Application

You can eventually do it with high quality 60 degree blades but will never be satisfactory because it's a roll plotter and the repetitive cuts will be out of alignment in a lot of cases unless you keep to small areas. We make a lot and use a flat bed cutter pricy but job done no hassle and perfect p...

Re: Best rigid transparent sheet for printing & laser cuttin

Quick fix print on to clear vinyl apply to acrylic then laser cut agreed not quite the same Finish but you will get the look.

Perhaps you should have looked at a uv printer presume they would do that job.

Re: Loyalty stickers

Thin don't normally mean cheap I would just ask your supplier for a monomeric printable clear probably 80mic same as standard cut vinyls Thinnest clear I know of that's printable is lam40 cast. Image perfect 5700 clear prints well not expensive If you have any laminates try those first some print well

Don't go to McDonald's so what is special about the material.
If you just want a clear to print on lots available just need to consider the substrate colour and or print colour

Re: SC-545EXW Black Issue

You say you have tried different materials
The black does look a bit heavy but I would check the actual bed temperature looks like the ink is boiled I guess it can't be but looks that way
Quite often with cheap vinyls this sort of thing can so up

Re: RVW colours now look totally different....

Ok thanks
No mention of it in the white2 upgrade. Are there any other updates ref the white2 upgrade
Since upgrading the white really has been a pain for high maintenance to keep it top notch

Re: RVW colours now look totally different....

From my experience vs540 when white only has a blue tint is the first sign of the capping station failing or pump. tubes etc.
Look at the white pipes at the y junction to the head probably have a blue tint depending on how bad the incress of the blue is.
