ENGRAVER

Post by timcopi » Wed Dec 28, 2016 10:30 am

Hello!

I am interested in some kind of engraver to engrave names on different shapes necklaces, Like id army tags etc. The material will be mostly stanlessteel and aluminium.
The machine will be in my souvenir and gift shop so it needs to be portable and quiet as possible.
Which roland product do you recommend?

Thank you Tim Copi

EGX-350 is the best for any engraving. You could try EGX-30A as well but it's not the best for stainless steel engraving mainly.

We have an EGX-350 engraving NATO tags (exclusively) for almost a decade already. Huge work load and it's held up nicely.

It's a diamond tip scraper but yes. The NATO tags I mentioned are the hardest steel, designed to withstand explosions and hours of fire.
