That's why we avoid giving engineering advice over an internet forum.
Even my engineer I use is scratching his head.

I don't see how that point is valid? The internet is a huge space, someone might pop up and go "I had those problems, I solved it by..." which is the whole point in a forum. I understand the valid reason for getting out an engineer and that is the plan but mine is available until next week. So should an accurate answer be received with some logically explanation as to why it makes sense to be that component that is faulty, then I am generally more than competent at replacing most parts like for like. This saves me some time.

The no black or cyan was resolved with a new little block fuse
