Lines in print

Post by wpncp » Thu Jul 06, 2017 3:38 pm

Hey guys, I'm trying to find out why I have horrible lines in the print. BN-20 with new inks. This is a new machine I just got. I have replaced both rubber and felt wipers, manually cleaned the head, calibrated sheet feed, cleaned head many many times, but this is horrible. Check it out

This was a bn-20 that was advertised as excellent condition. Could there be another cause for the lines such as capping station? ink? They swear up and down it was running great when it left. I'm just trying to make sense of this.

No way. This is a long term issue or a head crash. Very likely a long term issue.

EDIT: I mean, it may have been a captop issue but that was two years ago.
