LEF-200. The white color disappears in the morning

Post by WillForce » Tue Jul 18, 2017 5:17 pm

Good afternoon friends!
Recently purchased a printer LEF-200. From the very beginning, I have a white color in my mornings on some nozzles. After cleaning, all nozzles are restored. This happens only in white.

Are you sure the nozzles are missing? May just be transparent carrier fluid with missing white pigment. You need to shake the white cartridge gently for 10 seconds EVERY morning (including the workdays you do not use the printer) to prevent that from happening. Also, never miss the service - captops need to be changed every 6 months sharp.

Thanks for the answer. Yes, I'm sure that I do not have a nozzle, it can be seen from the test in the photo. Every morning I shake a white cartridge, before starting work.

The fact is that the printer is new. Not even a month has passed yet.

Also I noticed that the VersaWorks shows a white cartridge and a varnish empty.

Arright. Perhaps a captop replacement will fix this.

You mean replace the captop? We rearranged the places with a different color, the situation did not change.

On top of the photo of the test, which he did in the morning.
Below the photo, when to do a normal A

Next up: damper replacement.

Only use OEM parts or as it's a new printer, have it fixed under warranty. Even print heads have warranty.

A damper is just a filter, how does it affect the fact that the nozzles dry up?

It keeps chunks of pigment from entering the head and clogging the nozzles. Your nozzles have not dried up, they're probably starving of ink flow due to missed daily cartridge shaking lead to thickening of ink and causing flow restriction.

You can always check with a fresh white cartridge.

Thanks. I'll repeat it once more, I shake the white cartridge, every day, baits twice.
This trouble occurs precisely in the morning, when the printer is idle all night, 13 hours.
If you do not print the whole day (8 hours) and in the evening make a test, everything is ok.
