Roland LEF20 Printing on Fabric

Post by rscessories » Sun Mar 05, 2017 12:57 pm

Hi guys

I have been using the LEF20 for past 2 months and I love it.

Just quick question, have anyone tried using LEF 20 UV ink on fabric material like shirt or tote bags before?

I wanted to try it, but I thought I just asked before I did something stupid that will damage the print head

Thanks

Robert

You can easily use the LEF-20 to print on fabrics if you can secure the textile to stay in place and not lift up. Also it's be good to apply heat press to iron out the loose fibers.

Do not use UV-print for printing t-shirts or any other garment that comes in direct contact with skin. There may be some uncured ink between the fibers under the crust on top causing irritation.
