Is it a bare MDF? Give it a good clean before printing and if nothing works then try SEM plastic adhesion promoter. Works fine on papers as well:

i just want to mentend that the mdf that i'm using is cover with a kind of white painting
i've tried to apply a car varnish on it after printing but it dammage the picture and i can easly remove the print.

That's pressure-laminated MDF. Nothing will stick to it.
