Help! Media Shrunk in outdoor, suggest suitable medias

Post by admaxinc » Sun Sep 17, 2017 9:35 am

Hi

Currently using 3M IJ1510 for extreme outdoor heat conditions with 80 microns gloss lamination, print gets shrunk in 2 weeks.

Please suggest suitable media for Roland RF640a

Thanks

Are you allowing the ink and material to cure before installation?

Read the spec sheet
Monomeric
1 year max un printed outdoor
Max temp range 5 to 38 deg then only for short periods
My guess is the laminate is less suited aswell

So what is the surface . temp range and life expectancy required
