How can you tell if the inks supplied are genuine or not?

Hi Robbo,

If you contact us by phone or via the contact form on our web site, we will give you an email address where you can mail photographs of the cartridges, we can usually tell pretty quickly from these photos since the cartridges are numbered.

Hi Robbo

Thanks for the message and I think the best way to be sure is to buy from an authorised Roland dealer. You can find a full list of dealers on the Roland website - http://www.rolanddg.co.uk/content/publi ... alers.aspx.

Anything else we can help with then just let us know.
