Cannot print on RJ-640 after Windows update

Good morrow

Since we updated the OS on the computer that we use to print from RJ-640 it seems that programs like Adobe Illustrator appear to have lost conectivity with Versaworks preventing all printouts (no options were changed since before the update). Printouts made directly from Versaworks come out fine. We've checked for issues with spooler and print buffer but there seems to be no problem on that line. I was hoping someone here could provide some insight if they have faced similar issues. Thanks in advance.

Did you, by any chance, install your software from the bundled CD?

You need to get the latest installer from your dealer or local Roland office.

Remove the old version, delete all traces of it and reinstall.
