LEF-20 White color missing when print

Post by nilsson1234 » Tue Jul 18, 2017 9:15 am

Hi!

We have problem with the white and gloss color.
When printing, it will not print those colors.

We have shaken the colors, and its still not working.
No error message, its just skip the colors.

Its also new full color.

Does anyone have any solutions to this problem?

Regards
Johan Nilsson

Have you read the white data guide? Are you using the special spot colours from the versaworks pallette on the design software? Its a special colour, and the machine will only print it when its been designed into the artwork (unless you are using versaworks dual).

Probably at you a problem with a head. You need to contact the service center in your area.

Have you replaced your captop every 6 months religiously? If not, start with that. May be too late tho.
