Attached is a Full cyan we printed.

Prints Cyan for first 3mm and then adds a band of yellow which then begins to fade over the rest of the cyan ink.

The cyan print sample in the photos is the 45cm width by 12cm depth.

No other colour seems to get a yellow over it.

Please note the green in the cyan band (3rd from left) at the start and repeated 2.5 cm down.
Also in the yellow band (2nd from left) it as a green line in same position as above problem.

Your captop does not drain completely and allows the yellow ink to seep inside the cyan channel when the machine is not printing.

There's probably plenty in cyan damper, a medium cleaning should clear that out.
If this continues after captop replacement then you may have an internal leak in the printhead between these two chambers.

Hi. Replaced captop and cleaned multiple times.
Still no change.

Spoke to our dealers engineer and no onto Roland. Nobody can seem to solve the problem or tell me the source of the problem.
I can print all other jobs as long as I don't use cyan.

From the discussion it sounds like the head/mainfold of the head need replacing, have you been in contact with Roland to get an engineer out to fix the machine?
