BN-20 printer connection

Hi there,
Recently purchased a used BN-20 but having difficulty with the Versaworks installing the printer.
When opening VW the top of the box indicates it's a AJ-1000 printer, and I cannot add or change printer?
I do not have a lot of experience in set-up of printers/VW but have worked several years in sign shop operating Roland SC 540

I would appreciate any help.

Also, I am running Windows 10

Run "initialize application" and run VW again. In the dialog box pick "USB" as a connection and the correct hub in the pull-down menu.

thanks, managed to have someone help with install. all good..
now I cannot seem to get my cut contour line to show in VW... using corel 8 home edtion...
not sure how to import Roland Swatches into corel or is that the correct procedure?

Corel Draw home edition does not support professional printing features such as spot colours.

That's what "home" means.
