BN-20 printer connection

Post by wendywerkswonders » Wed Apr 05, 2017 3:24 pm

Hi there,
Recently purchased a used BN-20 but having difficulty with the Versaworks installing the printer.
When opening VW the top of the box indicates it's a AJ-1000 printer, and I cannot add or change printer?
I do not have a lot of experience in set-up of printers/VW but have worked several years in sign shop operating Roland SC 540

I would appreciate any help.

Also, I am running Windows 10

Run "initialize application" and run VW again. In the dialog box pick "USB" as a connection and the correct hub in the pull-down menu.

Corel Draw home edition does not support professional printing features such as spot colours.

That's what "home" means.
