Can you print a nozzle check and upload it here?
This can be done from "Function>Cleaning>Test Print" when media is loaded into the machine.
This will show me what condition the print heads are in.

Thanks, the nozzle check looks pretty good.
I would suggest trying a different profile (Media type under the Quality tab) as this can cause colours to mix poorly.
Also check the heat settings are suitable for your media as too low or high can cause an issue.

This is also a difficult colour for the printer to achieve, it should be able to do it with some experimentation but purples and pastel colours (of which this appears to be both) are notoriously difficult to achieve on a 4 colour machine.

Ive downloaded and installed the correct media type which is grafityp so2p which made it a little clear but not much and the colour is not purple its like a royal blue but the printer is also not giving very solid blacks it looks like there are spots of magenta in the black

Are you running original inks?

For pure colours try Sign & Display for Colour management setting in Quality tab.

Im using roland eco sol max inks and the printer has always been ran on these i tried the sign and display setting and there was some improvement but most colours are still having speckles of white or other shaded of the same colour in them
