Cut going out of alignment in versawork

Post by payam » Sun Feb 05, 2017 5:20 pm

Hi,
I have cut alignment issues. in versa work i can see the cut going about 1 mm out of alignment. what can be the reason? why it worked perfect before?

Have you performed print-cut adjustment?

VersaWorks has a low resolution preview, not meant to match.

But it's not only the preview. it's not match when i do print & cut. it cuts exactly like what i see in versaWorks. It slice 1 mm

Check your artwork, it could be down to the thickness of your cutline, ensure its .25 (Hairline)

Thanks for uploading the file, this looks fine, it is likely the print and cut alignment on the printer that is out, the reason it possibly looks incorrect on screen is that the print and the representation of the cut are both Red.
