Configuring port for Versa Works

Post by SerginGeneral » Wed May 17, 2017 9:57 pm

I recently upgraded to Coreldraw 2017, and then my computer did some Windows 10 updates, and after all that when I tried to Print from CorelDraw, the file did not go to VersaWorks like it should. I have Versa Works and a BN-20 printer. Currently the "USB001 Virtual printer port for USB" reads for printers Roland VW AND Roland BN-20 and I know that is not right! I tried to correct the ports, but it did not work. I think I just need help to configure the ports. Or do I have to uninstall both and reinstall?

You need to select VersaFile port and point it to C:\Program Files(x86)\Roland VersaWorks\VersaWorks\Printers\BN-20\Input-A.

I can't get a new VersaFile port for some reason. It says it already exists, no matter what I try to name it..
