Versaworks doesn't recoginze CutContour with connected BN-20

Post by DimOxy » Thu Aug 17, 2017 3:35 am

Hello guys!
I have a really weird situation here.
I have 2 Roland printers in my workshop - SP-300V and BN-20.
They are connected to 2 different computers with same version of VersaWorks installed (5.5.1). I have some files that I've created originally for SP-300V and they perfectly work on that computer where it's connected.
But on another computer with BN-20 connected, when I add SAME file that works just fine for SP-300 - VersaWorks with BN-20 connected doesn't recognize CutContour lines.
What can be the problem?

Try running VersaWorks as Administrator, by right clicking on the icon, then trying the file again.

If this works right click on the shortcut and then click properties, under compatibility, check the box for Run as Administrator.
