Ok deleted it and reinstalled , seemed to install all ok . went to print and get the message that the printer is disconnected although it is clearly showing in the control panel as ok ?
Tried restarting PC and printer , also tried another usb cable .
Talk about frustrating ....... Just when I thought I finally had my printer back online , It falls at the last hurdle .
Please Help this is testing my patience beyond belief :-(

Is VersaWorks showing the correct machine? in the main window, try initialising VersaWorks and then re-verifying the printer again.

Hi Kai.. hopefully you can help.
I found you thru this forum page and it sounds like I have the same problem.

Same thing... I installed the software and the icon shows up. I'm using window Vista Business.
Gets mainly thru the whole upload and then 2 messages show up.... looks like the same error message 2x.
(ATTACHED PIC)

Seems like it just won't fully load. It gets to a blank screen with the options on top.
If I click on any of these option it crashes.

HELP ME please! I don't know what to do. I thought tried everything.

These errors are down to anti virus or firewall protection blocking the files due to naming conventions, try disabling the virus and firewall protection and then install.

Dear support,
Please help with issue. I want to transfer print work on new laptop with Win8 on board, but laptop don't see printer. I downloaded new driver, but i see zero effect.
Please advise what i should do in first time

I just installed the updated versaworks for win 8.1 and it seemed to work fine. Now the machine will not cut at all, not even a test cut. Help urgently!

Run VersaWorks as an Administrator, by right clickling on the shortcut.

Ive been getting these error messages when trying to re-install Versaworks on my windows 7 pc , how did you get past them?

Been trying to get my SP-300v to work properly for days now :-(
