test prints show not good, advice please

Post by bngethelp » Tue Feb 28, 2017 1:55 am

came back to my roland bn20 after a hiatus, just had self-cleaning mostly. Had it off a couple days while retrieving a yellow cartridge, 1st it only test printed magenta and black. Have normal cleaned, manually cleaned and it looks like yellow isn't coming through much and the other colors are poorly representing. What should I do next?

A couple of medium cleans should give you a better idea.
