VS-640 Calibration Issues

Post by JackDaw » Wed Jul 19, 2017 10:58 am

Hi all,

Having a bit of an issue with our VS-640. Generally it prints fine, but we've got a bit of banding on a job and everything looks fine but the calibration test prints are illegible.
We can get around this by reading them using a photoshop trick but it's a bit of a chore, is there an easy fix for this or is it likely to be a head replacement?

Likely the head is deflected on the black, you can perofm the test print instead of the calibration to ensure that the calibration is correct.

Upload an image of the nozzle test, this should give us a clearer idea of the problem.
