Hi Paul,

When we used to sell heads for the machine, you would have got a floppy disk which would have had the TEI code on it.

If you are UK based you can Log a ticket with our technical support team and we will be able to send you the TEI package. All we will need will be the serial number from the replacement head.

I presume the new head does not have a voltage setting written on it but a code number and came from China
If so you have been sold a 600 head same as I was they do work but not ideal. As they are set up differently

Hi Paul,

If you speak to their tech support, and give them the serial number, they should be able to email you the tie file.

Post is now a couple of months old so don't know how you got on but
I had a new head (pc600, China) managed to get the tei file and
the head voltage only to be let down by no one having a patch lead
to set the voltage by. Still sitting in the corner 9 months later unused.
Can't sell it and can't use it either

Hi,

does anybody have TEI files for PC-60 to share it with me? I've bought a new head, but I've only got link (https://extranet.rolanddg.jp/technical/ ... ?pc60#tool) for Service Extranet and I can't access it.

Thank you.

Regards,
Tadej
