Hi all
My BN-20 sometimes ( not always) makes a strange noise during printing, during cutting this sound in not audible.
See movie.

Any idea what the cause might be?

Thx

Arjan

Sounds like the carriage cable is catching, inform your local Roland office and get them to look at the machine.

At my BN-20 it stopped by itself after some weeks.

It could be down to the carriage cable catching whilst moving or possibly the media clamps catching the head.

When does the noise occur?

Hi,

Did anyone figure this out. My BN 20 is doing the same thing now and I'm a little concerned. Same problem clicking when printing ok when cutting and printing comes out normal.

Any updates would be appreciated.
