Post by paultnl1 » Thu Dec 06, 2012 5:11 pm

I have installed the manuals from disk but they are in Japanese. Are the English ones somewhere?

If you want a paticular manual just Log a ticket with the technical support team and they will email it over.

The link above does not lead to any manuals.

I have filled in the ticket form with all the manditory fields but it just goes back to a blank form, no ticket number or acknowledgement is given.

I had the same problem. The thing was, i was using the shortcut link the installation made, and that link leads to the japanese manual in pdf, the english one was there all the time in the same folder, i just updated the shortcut pointing to the english one.
