Difference between inkjet and laser water slide decal paper

Post by creativepaperco » Fri Feb 12, 2016 12:58 pm

Hello, does anyone know the difference between the inkjet and the laser water slide paper at creativepaperco.com I am looking to print my own designs onto mugs to resell at not on the high street. Which is the best decal paper type to choose? I need the print quality to be good and the finished result to be spot on.

I can't say that I have tried either of those products but by the sound of it you will get a similar output but they are just designed for different production machines.

You have one that you can put into a normal inkjet and the other goes into a laser printer. I would be very surprised if there is much difference between the two other than some kind of coating allowing the difference between ink and toner to adhere to it.
