The THT profile is generally the best profile for most transfer media.
If you change the region in the Roland Versaworks updater from Auto to USA it will download additional profiles that you can try but I would be surprised if you get one better than THT.

Re: Banding Issue
The bidirectional adjustment should help with that.
Try doing the detailed bidirectional adjustment which is in the bidirectional menu option. That allows for more fine-tuning of the results.

Re: LEF20 can't change to EUV4
Are you changing the ink type on the display to EUV4 CMYKWW or are you leaving it set to EUV CMYKWhWh?
You should be able to change using the arrows.

Re: Problems with scuffing?
Have you tried manually cleaning the head?
I've seen this numerous times at customers sites and usually, it's a hair or ball of fluff hanging from the head or the head guards.

Re: Banding Issue
You should be performing the bidirectional adjustment when changing to a different media for best quality.
It is designed to adjust the print heads firing timings on the return pass, different thickness' of medias will require different values.

Else as a good starting point try printing using Generic Vinyl 1 and use Sign & Display as you colour ma...

Re: Plotter cutter CX24
I can't find any records of this error message.
I would suspect maybe some issue with the data being sent over to the machine. Does it happen with any job you try and output?

Re: can you fight online printers
When I worked in the print business we had to compete with this type of item also. Unfortunately we were never able to get the cost as low as they were but by comparison our product was much better quality. We continued to sell our product at a slightly higher price than the online competition and s...
