What to buy next after BN-20

We've had this BN-20 secondhand for 3 years now it was 2 years old when we got, now thinking to maybe go to a sp300i, new, used, referbed, depends what came up but any comments or experiences? We are garment decorators, small family business, two of us one part time. thanks Mark
