Re: Regarding cleaning, circulating ink & ink consumption reduction

Everytime you use white ink, it sucks around 8CC of ink (IIRC) per 8 hours. So 10 days? 80, 20 days? 160. 1 month is an entire cart just on recirc ink. This about £2 per day I believe. We clean ours once per week / 2 weeks depending how much its been used, and try to batch jobs up. So today we are p...

I can't help, but I always test print onto clear pet-g or acetate. That way you see every nozzle on everything including primer

Re: Transferring Files and Cut Lines Change!!

Why not have versaworks set up as a folder monitor? Thats how we use it, a shared directory for each printer, export the file into the folder and versaworks sucks it in to the queue automagically. It does delete it when it has it, so make sure you keep a copy.

Re: Suspended USB connections

Of course :) On PC's this is done on an adapter level. Open up Device manager, you can do this by typing device manager in the start bar, or by selecting it through the system menu. (This is for Windows 7, but the steps are nigh on identical for windows 10). Capture.JPG Scroll to your Network Adapte...
