Re: Lef2 200 printing beer mug help pleasr

Not as far as I know.... The only way to cheat is to place it overhanging the bed, so the head physically cannot reach it or hit it. Its not ideal....

Do you use Roland OnSupport? I am sure it shows the patch notes in there.

Re: LEF 200 Stripes in orange print

Are you doing manual cleans? Should be done weekly at least. Also, whats the nozzle check like?

I virtually never do machine panel cleans, a manual clean with some fluid in the captop works every time.

There are also some tutorials on the main roland DG youtube channel. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCWOaASBlJCjFxEvuHXfRZfQ Short answer is, yes you need to use Spot Colours, Coreldraw and illust...

Re: Procedure for transporting a LEF12

Honestly, 6 hours is nothing I wouldn't be worried at all :). I would wait for a Roland tech, or even give them a call and ask them. They are always super helpful on the phone, and a great team of people!

Re: Procedure for transporting a LEF12

Fairly sure it does them in pairs, so you would only need 2 carts. Personally, I would just secure the head with the clamps. As long as you don't tip the machine up and keep it pretty level I don't see any potential issues. Just ensure the drain bottle is empty, and the blue clamps are in place to l...
