Thank you for the reply. I have looked in the Bn untility for ink renewal. There is an option called 'Pump Ink' I assume this is it? Can you select a cartridge to perform this on or so you have to do it on all colours?

Hi all, I have had a Bn20 for about a Year. Not used the White ink much. I have been trying to print just the white and a faint yellow is coming out. I did 2 powerful cleans and a medium Clean yesterday.New White Cartridge, Left it over night and tried it again. Still no good, I have attached a pict...

bn20 print issue ink on some of the cutline

Hi, having an issue. As in the pic there is printing occurring near the cut line this does not happen when printed larger(100mm) but when it is small (60mm) it is doing this. thank you, i have just taken a look in the software. I need to add a value, just watched video and they use 0.75mm is that about correct?- What does that do?

Hi, I start with a .png then I use signlab to add a cut line , then export an .eps, Then open the eps in Versaworks etc. It is the method my friend used which worked on the other few things have tried.
