Hi

The GX-500 will only work with Versaworks if you have a printer set up as well. You have to load the file into the printer queue and rip it, then drag and drop it into the GX-500 queue.

If you don't have a Roland printer to install then you will have to use the Cut Studio software.

Hi

Have you tried to reinstall the driver over the currently driver that is installed? Also in the printers and devices does it show the MPX-95 is a printer?
