Are you doing manual cleans? Should be done weekly at least. Also, whats the nozzle check like?

I virtually never do machine panel cleans, a manual clean with some fluid in the captop works every time.
Do you mean this? https://youtu.be/5hqqYhFugYk

LEF 200 Stripes in orange print

After printing, there are visible stripes in the orange part. The green part is much better.
I did a medium cleaning before I printed hat you see on the picture. Before the cleaning it was much worse.

What can I do more than this to get rid of the stripes?

Hi.... I am confused with matt-gloss layer... do you print first with matt than gloss and than white ? or do you print only matt and than white ?
No, first matt-varnish as primer, than white and/or colour.

LEF 200: is it dust or a damaged filter?

I regularly clean my printer, but just noticed something what looks like a collection of dust or a damaged filter. Before I saw this, I did a test print nr 2 and noticed a poor printed black bar. After removing the dust, replacing the wipers, and performing a medium cleaning, the black bar is not a ...

What wall hangers for printed acrylic? (LEF 200)

What hanging mechanism can be used to hang a on acrylic picture on the wall? The photo is printed at the backside with a white back layer.

There are self adhesive hangers in the market that sticks at the backside (where the ink is), but will the solve/damage the ink?

Or are there better ways?

Re: LEF 200 Using gloss ink as primer for white ink

Thank you Kai. The problem with primer is that I have to use the primer for the entire surface, even when I just want a print something small on a bigger surface. When printing a gloss layer first, I just have to print there where the white ink is printed. See example, where I print lettering on a p...

LEF 200 Using gloss ink as primer for white ink

White ink does not stick well at several substrates. I did some tests with printing a matt gloss layer first on aluminium, plastic and glass, and I was surprised that the white ink sticks much better on a matt gloss layer. And matt gloss sticks much better on substrates than white ink. The big advan...
