Re: VS540i - Poor Print Quality

Evening
Ist guess is media distortion due to damp and heating watch the media is staying flat as it prints.
2nd guess could be the rubber on the pinch rollers delaminating

Re: Trying to Get my PC60 Running on Windows 7

other way might be to use a dedicated cutter program such as signlab or vinylmaster as they dont use the roland driver you will need to try the older plotters from the list pnc1000 or similar but still need the correct serial cable or lplt port

Re: Crop mark detection weird fault

This is to help people that put it in slightly piss...

Re: Crop mark detection weird fault

Further.. if going to print and laminate. Cut then after loading note if front edge of vinyl is straight with the bed edge if not do a sheet cut before printing then if the reloaded print aligns with the bed all should be well

Re: Crop mark detection weird fault

Yes many times over the years The vinyl is not loaded straight as the print was loaded originally. Put a straight edge a cross the reg marks and mark the very edge of each side of the vinyl load using the new marks to line up with the bed then feed in or out to line up the reg marks with the cutting...
