Re: SOL JET PRO 4 XR 640 HEAD SOAK

There is no function for a head soak on this machine, a head soak is usually where you fill the captops with cleaning fluid to soak the heads overnight, to try a last ditch attempt to bring the nozzles back.

Service mode is only available for trained Roland enghineers.

Re: Two Circulation Ink Within span of 4 hours

Update your firmware and set the timer function up to circulate/clean prior to you using the machine, the cleaning features are also optimised with this realease.

Re: An internal error in Roland XC-540

The locking mech is at the back right hand side of the head carriage. To start the limit initialise ensure the cut carriage and head carriage are locked, then gently move the head carriage to the right, you should feel the carriage lock, if you go too far it will unlock, so move the head slowly. Onc...

Re: EXG-400 Drivers for Windows 10 64bit

In stead of using the Setup64.exe to install the driver, try adding a printer through the add printer wizard, then when prompted for have disk select the directory for the download. I'm unsure as to the Windows 7 error as the driver is only aimed at Windows 8/10 not 7. I have tested the Setup64.exe ...

Re: Maximum Distance between Head And Material for LEF 200

The distance from the printable object to the head should be as close as physically possible, if the item is flat with no drops either side then 1-2mm above should be good as well, any distance further away leads to misting which can cause head problems. My way is to set the height manually or with ...

You can download the latest drivers from - http://download.rolanddg.jp/en/3d.html#egx4600

If you are using a USB to Parallel converter cable, install as file instead of lPt1 and then change the port to the correct one afterwards.

Re: Inkt getting mixed BN-20

Put some cleaning fluid into the captop, you probably have some ink contamination caused by pooling in the captop.

Re: An internal error in Roland XC-540

It could just be the head lock sensor, are you able to manually lock the cut carriage and head carriage?

Re: SP540V no ink

Check the captops are capping correctly, this is what it likely sounds like, as this would cause dry up and also no ink to flow to the drain.
