Re: PEC REPORT

The report from the machine is a confidential part of the servicing, why do you need a copy?

Re: Cj70 capping error

You would need an engineer to perform the adjustment.

Re: Hoping for advice RE: bad test print.

I would still look at changing the cap, their advice is a tad more expensive, meaning that you would need four flush cartridges and a new batch of ink.

Flushing at this point may cause more nozzles on other channels to block.

Re: mpx 70 bad engraving question

It looks like interference in the print, could possibly be the power adaptor, also check the USB cable is no more than 2 metres and you are running direct from the PC to the machine with no extensions or USB hub.

Re: Hoping for advice RE: bad test print.

I would say it would likely have to be replaced as you have had issue previously with the magenta and the amount of nozzle dropout.

It could still be the head but the cap is the first port of call. Cleaning should be performed weekly.

Re: Cj70 capping error

You would need to perform a capping position adjustment on the machine, the cap unit is likely out of position causing the error.

Re: PrintHead Dont sprays out

It is still likely to be an electrical fault, it really depends what caused the fuses to blow, it could be a faulty cable, head or board.

Re: Hoping for advice RE: bad test print.

Its probably down to the captop, the head is capping correctly causing the nozzles to block.

Also whiuch ink type are you running and how often do you manually clean?

Re: ROLAND VP-540 Wrong head installed

The message still suggests a replacement print carriage board would be necessary.

Re: LWES15QQ linear bearing

We have used this company for bearings in the past - http://www.brt-bearings.co.uk/bearings.html , I'm unsure as to whether they have the one you need but it's worth a try.
