Re: Roland lef 200

The white needs to be shaken every day, regardless of if you are printing with it or not. The white ink is heavy compared to the carrier fluid, so it settles in the lines and the dampers. Re: Roland lef 200

There are also some tutorials on the main roland DG youtube channel. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCWOaASBlJCjFxEvuHXfRZfQ Short answer is, yes you need to use Spot Colours, Coreldraw and illust...

Re: Procedure for transporting a LEF12

Honestly, 6 hours is nothing I wouldn't be worried at all :). I would wait for a Roland tech, or even give them a call and ask them. They are always super helpful on the phone, and a great team of people!

As long as you don't tip the machine up and keep it pretty level I don't see any potential issues. Just ensure the drain bottle is empty, and the blue clamps are in place to l...

There is a nest function in versaworks, select all the jobs and right click. You can only nest jobs that are the same print type

Re: Huge Difference in White Ink layer while printing on LEF 200

Start a brand new artwork and print a square onto clear or black. I had one last week which had me convinced there was a major problem. Except, at some point, the white layer had its density set at 50%.... And I have no idea why!

Re: Trying To Fix My Spi UK Parts Supplier Or Head Cleaning Service?

Honestly, good luck with digiprint. The sign forums are full of people not getting anything at all, even after months and months of issues. I cannot help with a supplier however.
