Re: SP-540V

While we probably cannot help with location specific queries, the Roland tech team are very knowledgeable, and there are some great suppliers who also help :)

Ask away, as I am sure as long as you point your pinky while drinking tea, its all good :D

Firmware updates

Is there anywhere that has a repository of firmware updates and info about those firmware updates? My lef20 is on 2.6, but ive found a 3.2 from roland... but no documentation as to changes etc or even if it is actually the newest firmware.

Re: Roland care

Where are you based is the main question? I use independants in the UK, same engineers Roland uses. In the region of £170 call out charge and £80 per hour is not uncommon.

Re: Is it Necessary to Print White Ink Daily on LEF 200

It is fine to leave for days without printing, as long as you shake the white ink cartridge every day (which you should be doing anyway).

We can print once per week or even longer depending on the jobs.

Re: BN-20 over network

The BN20 is a budget printer, and doesn't connect via IP, but via USB. This is why you need to have it connected locally. AFAIK everything else Roland offer are network printers, and you can print from multiple Versaworks clients by using the IP. Versaworks is looking for PRINTER IP addresses, nothi...
