Re: ROLAND LEF-12 INK ISSUES

Do you shake your white cartridge every day without skipping a day apart from weekends?

If not then your white mixture is way off. Can only be cured with a new cartridge and two CIRC-DISCHARGEs.

Re: XC540 belt & pulley noise and test print issues.

There are adjustment screws you need to turn but it will never be 100% square. It's ok if the belt slowly moves from one edge to another and back during printing.

Re: cutcontour not working

1st of all. Do not install 4.x in Windows 10. Get a version 5 installer from your dealer or Roland office. Re: LEF20 No Magenta or Cyan

Captops should be replaced every 6 months. Your dampers may very well be cured by now as it's been running without a UV shield. So yes, change them.

Re: BLANK NOZZLE check print

You might get lucky by reattaching the head cables but if not, there's something broken. Even a drop of ink spilled on the electronics/cables may cause malfunction.

Note that only mess with machine electronics with all cables unplugged, zero power to the machine.

Re: Roland Versa UV LEF-200 - curved surface max tolerance?

As said, a 2 mm drop will be fine. Not so much after that for good detail. You should also avoid printing at a great distance with a UV printer as scattering UV light will damage printheads.

Re: BLANK NOZZLE check print

Did you replace the printhead yourself? Did you disconnect power completely?
