Re: Transporting printer

As long as the machine is kept level , then the head lock and an empty drain bottle may suffice.

You could perform a pump up instead of a head wash, this will drain all the ink and then you can ink the machine back up on the new site.

Re: SP-300V Blotdhy print

It does look like media contamination due to the effect being non uniform.

Re: Font not pulling through on CutStudio 3.1

The font needs to be a truetype font to work.

Outline fonts aren't supported.

Try using the offline updater instead of the auto one, just in case it hasn't updated completely.

On the note of VersaWorks 6.0 what issues have you seen?

Re: Cuttin problems

Check that the pinch rollers and grit roller is clean, a build up of glue could cause the media to slip.

Have you tried a different media? Is the room temperature constant?

Finally have you tried the print and cut alignment

Log a case with the French office - https://www.rolanddg.fr/support/log-a-case

They should be able to assist.

Re: Print head not returning to origin position

It sounds like the head is slipping on the carriage, or it's getting stuck, it could be an internal cable getting caught on the internal frame.

Re: Versaworks 6 Installation Fails!

The utility is a separate program to the driver, you can install the one you have on a cd and then update with the updater on the same website as the driver.

Re: SP-300V Vinyl skewing while cutting with crop marks

If you load the media, then try to pull the media through does it come freely and does it return to a different position? If it does then the pinch roller assemblies may be cracked and would need replacement.
